Phase 3: Walls, Ceiling & Flooring

With insulation and electrical routed (Phases 1–2), Phase 3 closes in the van's interior shell — ceiling, wall panels, and finished flooring — creating the finished surfaces that cabinetry and bed systems mount to in Phase 4.

What's included in this phase

  • Ceiling kits — CNC-cut ceiling kits for Sprinter and ProMaster that align to factory mounting points.
  • Wall/door panels — upholstered sliding-door panel kits for a finished interior look.
  • Flooring — LONSEAL Lonridge flooring for a durable, slip-resistant finished floor (shared with Phase 1's subfloor prep).

Finishing these surfaces before Phase 4 means cabinetry and bed systems mount to clean, finished walls rather than bare metal.
