Collection: Phase 2 - Power Systems

Phase 2: Power Systems — Electrical, Battery & Wiring

With the shell insulated and sound-deadened (Phase 1), the next step is planning and running the van's electrical system before walls and cabinetry close everything in. Wiring runs, battery placement, and fuse protection are far easier to route now than after interior panels are installed.

What's included in this phase

  • Pre-built electrical systems — bench-built power systems (available in 2000W and 3000W configurations) for builders who want a professionally assembled system rather than a from-scratch build.
  • Full wiring kits — pre-run wiring kits sized to specific van/wheelbase combinations for DIY installs.
  • Battery hardware — battery isolators for dual-battery setups and secure battery mounts to keep batteries in place.

Every conversion's power needs differ by planned appliance load (fridge, induction cooktop, climate control, etc.) — size the system to the build before finalizing wall and cabinetry layouts in the next phases.
