How do I return products?
Before you ship anything back, please get in touch with us through our contact page. Some returns will need to be sent back to their manufacturer.
Why are some products ineligible for returns?
Some of the products that we sell are made to order or custom to your preference. Items that are produced just for you are not eligible for returns. This includes, but is not limited to, products from Serg Supply, Lost HiWay, GoCode, and Electronics.
Why are some products available for Pick Up and others are not?
We manufacture & stock some products. This allows us to make Pickup available. Other products that we sell are fulfilled through other locations. We are not able to offer Pickup for those products.
Why do some products not ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs that apply to HI and AK we cannot offer the Free Shipping that applies to many of our products. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a product that shows that shipping is not available to your region.
