The Mercedes Sprinter Synthetic Premium Floor System from AVC RIG is our most advanced yet! Our top-tier floor is constructed with 100% inorganic materials for unparalleled durability. Made with high density 3/4 inch Polyurethane foam and reinforced with double fiberglass stringers, this floor is designed to withstand the rigors of vanlife.

Unlike our standard insulated floor system, this one sits on top of the van's ribs, ensuring better airflow and moisture management. Sitting 3/4 inch above the ribs, it seamlessly integrates with the standard AVC RIG trim and step. Simply add your choice of flooring material, such as Marine Vinyl or 2tec2, and your van floor is complete. 

Installation is a breeze thanks to the included 3M 550 polyurethane adhesive, which allows for a 15-minute working time and 60-minute skin time. We have carefully crafted this solution to create a more forgiving installation process for both professional and home builders, resulting in a flawless finished product.
