It looks sturdier than most

The install was very straight forward and everything fit great. I was able to do both sides by my self in less than three hours. Be sure to watch the Van Speed capsule install video on YouTube. We got the slider windows too and everything fits perfectly.

I bought my roof rack during the 23 Black Friday sale. Received it about 2.5 weeks later. Roof rack was perfect except it was missing a couple Panels. I let vanspeed know and they jumped in and gave me
Some panels to make the roof look complete from
Edge to edge.
Duran the owner jumped in and called me to make sure the team was following up and to make sure I was happy with the end result.
I’m overall happy with the look and construction of the rack and what it adds to the van but I’m most impressed with Duran and van speed’s customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for parts and service if you’re in need.

Recently installed the high roof tire carrier ladder rack on my 2022 3500 XD sprinter van and It looks amazing!! You can tell that the craftsmanship in this ladder rack is top notch! Also, I have to say that the customer support is amazing! Bent is one of the workers that answers the phone and he helped me through all my shipping troubles and even sent me a hat and shirt free of charge. Makes me want to do business with them again and again, and I will, thanks guys.!! And if you’re on the fence about buying from these guys, do it you won’t regret it.

Ordered these because the sprinter is so tall, these are a must!

This is perfect so far. Holds my big water bottle, the tray is great.
I can still wiggle through to the back without hitting it with my knee.

I have been looking for a solution to that dreaded cubby on the Sprinter van for some time. Apparently, Mercedes wants you to lock up your phone in that cubby and keep it plugged in there but we all know that's not a reality. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The solution looks very professional and is exactly what I needed. Thank you Van Mart!
